Witholding ones funds

We have been retrenched and basically the unilife employees was present on the last meeting of that process and we had to complete out a form is decided to withdraw which has been completed and signed and all supporting documentation has been provided to further the process, this company then waits a month after the initial contact and when asked they want to get the company to sign it off, so for a full month they have not done what they are required to do and then play for time to generate more income on the funds and then provide excuses based of signatures however the fund with the capital in the fund is not based on the company has nothing to do with the company one has worked for they just added the extra contributions which is part of your package, the fund is not under the company name but under the employee’s name and ID but yet they will not provide full feedback pertaining in the amount of time and then above that, if i resign from a said company and i deem it necessary to withdraw the account after two months are you really going to keep ones funds captive because you want the company’s signature? Please do not make someone a fool, Liberty kindly can you take care of this vendor broker “universal life brokers” that is not completing the task as per the clients instructions
