withholding of payment

I have been with liberty for almost a year now.<br> I decided to cancel my policy with them.it was suppose to be a simple thing.<br> I submitted the request last week. Yet even today I have not received what is mine.<br> I'm starting to wonder if this is done because I'm leaving them.<br> I have called for endless times nobody can tell me when I will get what is mine nor give proof of it.<br> Sometime such companies are big fat hippos. #payback my money. Don't tell me you want to verify while you weren't verifying while you were debiting my account every month.
