Withdrawal taking too long. Frustrated and disappointed

I have sent a withdrawal request on the 29 November and till today I have not received the money. It has passed the the 7 working days that the withdrawal is supposed to take. I need the money, that's why I withdrew it. I'm disappointed and frustrated.
