withdrawal notification

I was employed by this specific company for almost 7years and have been contributing for Provident fund with Liberty.I have since April been dismissed and sent through my withdrawal notification to [Email Removed] to my surprise,there is no notification whatsoever of receipt of my documentation.Anyway I had expected this cause ever since I have worked for that company,I have heard so many complains from my ex colleagues who suffered for months when their benefits were not paid by Liberty,it seems its a norm that we should suffer before getting what belongs to us,mind you,this was deducted from our salaries monthly,but its so HARD with Liberty to give back our contribution.I am not ready to wait any longer than I already have,so better someone at Liberty come up with a solution.
