Withdrawal delays

The worst service received, I'm being sent from pillar to pillar for my withdrawal. Bad communication. No one taking accountability. I will go to social media about it seeing I'm not going anywhere. Just a waiting game. No feedback, no calls. Not even from management they just sitting behind desk not prioritizing my issue .
