Withdrawal claims
Hellopeter I went to liberty for my withdrawal claims and they said my money will be in within 21 days, after those days they said my money is ready to be paid after few days again they changed the story saying they don't recognize the signature of my HR and they don't even know her. While other claims were approved under her name so I'm confused. I'm so disappointed in Liberty 💔 even today I haven't received my money

20 Jan 2026, 14:52How is it possible that more than 50 claims were paid out authorized by the same signature that they claim they don't know now?? just wanna know when will I get my money I have bills to pay and I'm missing out my debit orders

21 Jan 2026, 08:34I still haven't got feedback from Liberty they say they'll call me ASAP this company is a **** they are having problems of not paying people their money back since December last year till today I'm still waiting for my money which they said will be paid out on the 12 January
