Withdrawal claim taking forever to payout

This my 2nd complaint about this business. Their turn around pace is ungoverned. Their response to claims, especially withdrawal is sick insane.

My HR submitted my doc on the 4th, only received feedback on the 8th. We fixed paperwork and sent it back as early as possible. Feedback was only on the 10th that they have received paperwork and my claim will go back to stage one. The frustration that comes with waiting for my money that I urgently need to use is what's getting to me. The call centre agents aren't resourceful, their response aren't accurate and mostly they are just plain rude. I am giving them 72 hours to sort out my claim and revert back with the status of it or I'll take this to big medias.
