Withdrawal Claim

Hi I was working for a company called Atlagang Trading Enterprises, my contract ended on the 30 June 2025. Liberty requested that I send the following documents to them, an affidavit, certified copy of my id, as well as my termination letter. Those letters we sent to liberty e mail address from the 08, 09 & 11 July 2025. This confirms that these documents we sent to liberty three times. Two weeks ago I called liberty to make follow up and they told me that everything is in order and my money will be paid into my bank account on the 30 June 2025. I have called Liberty today to inform them that the money is not on my bank account, to my surprise I was told by a liberty consultant lady called Palesa that the affidavit they have received doesn't state to them that I am no longer employed by Atlagang trading Enterprises. The affidavit I have send them clearly states that I am no longer employed and my contract was terminated on the 30th June 2025, I have read the affidavit which was sent to liberty to her on the 11 July 2025 and she requested that I sent her the documents to her personal e mail address, which i did and then she confirmed to me that she has received those documents.There is a termination letter which also confirms that the contract has ended, it was submitted with all the documents on the above dates mentioned. This is bad service, I will never refer anyone to liberty.
