Withdrawal Claim

Would like to express my disappointment at the lack of communications by this company Did a claim on the 30th Sept....On the 8th Oct, I received an sms stating that they acknowledge my claim and that it usually takes 10 days to pay out. Guess what, today is the 10th day and now they say my previous employer didnt pay contributions. And now my claim is on hold
