Will Liberty ever pay?
My late wife passed away almost 5 years ago. Her insurance with Liberty Life is to be paid into a trust in favour of our son. However, after 5 years I am still battling. I have to submit declarations that have to be evaluated only to be followed by more requirements. The latest is a list of more requirements already stating that even more may be required.
