What is going on with Liberty?

On the 7th of October 2020, I sent you a request for information on wether my previouse employer had submitted my documents. I had left the company and requested a pay out on my pension fund. On the 13th of October 2020 at 6:41pm I received your acknowledgement of the documents received and was informed it in the queue for payment. I rep**** to the email I was given to reply to. I asked of the turn around time of payment. 13 Days later I still haven't received any corresponds from you. Please note that your turn around time is 30 days. I'm counting the 30th day to be this coming Friday. I am expecting this funds in my account by then.

Should I reconsider doing business in the future with Liberty?
