What Absolute Bullsh*t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never in my life have I ever fallen the victim of such horrific business practice and service! I have just had a huge fight with a woman (from Liberty) who claims that "she cannot do anything, payouts take 30 working days" - Honestly - what takes 30 days? I had to run around and source ALL the paperwork. I had to submit the paperwork. What the hell did Liberty Life do? F*#k all!!!! That is what!!!!! I have told Liberty to get their acts together and put my opinion into their stuffing suggestion box and MAYBE in 30 working god damn days someone can respond!!! I called at the end of February 2021- I was told payment will occur by 15 March 2021. I phoned and did my follow up today (liberty will not contact anyone) - AND....... Payout has magically moved back to 24th March 2021 (which is more than 30 days actually) - I have proof in writing that my documents were received and confirmation was given to me..... Today is the 10/03/2021 - meaning that it will take Liberty 8 working days to confirm bank verification and SARS approval. What ****!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT believe Liberty Life. You people should be ****** ashamed of yourself, Your staff and your non-present customer service. Why track people down who have unclaimed benefits if all you want is to keep their money anyway???? Bunch or bullies!!!!!!! You are not Gods - join us in the real stuffing world!!!
