What a pleasure!

I was fortunate enough to get hold of Monde Mbanya this morning. I needed to change details on a policy of mine and to say the least, I was dreading having to do it. in this day and age, its very seldom that you get good service. Well, Monde proved me wrong. He was amazing. efficient and so friendly. I will definitely make sure my future policies are with Liberty because of his excellent and friendly service.
