We want our money

Our church took out an investment with Liberty and when opening the investment they needed a copy of the signatories id books and the proof of their addresses, that's it. Now that we want our money they want, our Constitution, official documentation of the legal status and members of our church, official documents that the church is a npo, they want SARS papers. Why when we opened this investment, why didn't' they say that this would be the requirements when we want our money and why didn't' they ask for all this paperwork when they took our money. now that they must pay out they have lots of stories. when phoning the customer management Mr. Monty Williams he was not very helpful and had a bad attitude, when asked to speak to someone else they said Monty would phone back, but never did. I would never ever refer anyone to Liberty again and I think all of our church members that took out life insurance and investments by them should cancel it, their service and way of doing business is unacceptable. When we want to open any savings or investment from the bank they just ask your constitution, id books and proof of addresses. Going to the bank would have been much easier.
