Wasted capital topped with pathetic customer service

I have logged a complaint with liberty life against Brendon Bergman and to date it has not been attended to. I have been through numerous people such as Tebogo, Virgil, however none of them have been of any assistance. I saved money with them over 20years and my capital has drastically dropped and they doing nothing about it, through many follow-ups of calls exhausting my Telkom bill staying long on the line to make sense of their explanations. Brendon Bergman is the worst financial advisor and I say it with a heavy heart. I am waiting for someone senior to respond to this before I escalate the matter further because I can no longer do business with such an unreliable financial institute.
