WAITING THREE MONTHS FOR MY MONEY

<p>I am beyond disgusted with this company , it is beyond comprehension for me that an establishment of Liberty's calibre could be so dishonest and ***********. They debited my account for a finacial service that i did not consent to.</p> <p>At no given time did i ask for a retirement annuity policy. I made this clear upon the 1st meeting with the consultant Vutlari Khoza and yet they proceded in debiting my money for a service that i did not consent to.</p> <p>Further more i had requested for the above mentioned service to be discontinued upon realising that it was active and requested for my funds to be reimbursed. This event took place on the 13 April 2017 to date i am still given the run around for my money. I was advised on the 25 April 2017 that within 48 hours i will be reimbursed all my owed money with NO PENALTY yet here i stand still waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a result of this horrific and disheartening experience I then requested for my services to be terminated with immediate effect and for further debits to be cancelled from my account which has not been executed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shame Liberty Shame!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
