Waiting months for pay out and feedback

Good day. I sent my documents in on the 18th of May . I received a email back on the 19 July that it takes 20 days to finalize the claim. If my mathematics is correct then we past the 20 days long ago. We are in August now. And Still nothing or positive feedback when they will pay out. I will Never recommended Liberty for Anyone. If it take months to pay out some money how long wil someone wait if I past away. This is ridiculous.
