Waiting fot over a week for UT

Hi You guys are 70% of the time slow with processing UT requests (10 working days easy), but this is one of those occasions where I cannot wait any longer for MY money to be transferred into my account, PLEASE. I made a request for a UT over a week ago and yes, I need my money asap, PLEASE!!! Why do I always have to wait so long? It's not supposed to take longer than 5 working days at the most is it? Please guys, I need that request done asap?!
