waiting for TWO-POT

IT IS SO NICE AS A CLIENT TO BE TREATED WELL AND GET RESPOND ......WE WORK SO HARD WAKE UP EVERY DAY CONTRIBUTING OUR MONEY , BUT WHEN WE ARE CLAIMING FOR TWO-POT THERE IS A DELAY ....The Two Pot withdrawal process must be revised at Liberty - there is absolutely no communication with members and trying to get feedback on the claim progress is practically impossible. Even our corporate advisor can't get through on the phone. Still waiting on feedback OR a better response which is money in my account
