Waiting for a response
My liberty education builder lapsed. .. I spoke to a call centre agent on Thursday and sent through the forms she sent me with my bank statements and Id copy in order for liberty to refund R1700 into my account. I have emailed liberty on monday and I have been trying to call back everyday so far and waiting on the phone for 45 mins or more and All i hear is you have a high call volume, please be patient. .. I have emailed liberty on Monday aswell!!! tomorrow is a week and I still haven't gotten any feedback. i want to handle this off and move on!
