Very poor services from Liberty Life
I sumitted my disability claim on 8 Dec 2023. I am still wating that they process my claim. Keep sending emails but now reply from them. Send emails on 9 and 10 and 11 Jan 2023. Only recieved email from them last year that said sorry your claim is taking longer. No feedback from person working with my claim

13 Jan 2023, 10:44Thanks for Hellopeter help that got response from Liberty. Now i get emails from Complaints Resolution Specialist but now they are waiting for value of claim. So still no pay out of claim has been made. How is it possible that after more than a month they were not able to determine the value

13 Jan 2023, 13:15I'm still wating for Liberty to finalize my claim. The excuse now is that value of my claim must be estimated. After more than a month now they did not even do that. Now the Complaint Resolution Specialist says it will take another 2 days or maybe today. Still very poor service

13 Jan 2023, 14:58Thank you for the reply. Just a pitty that the reply says the same and still says nothing about the claim progress and if it will take another month to just reed the value from the contract.. And if my own money will be paid back to me!!!!!
