Very Poor Service Liberty Life

Extremely frustrated at Liberty Service I sent 5 emails requesting someone from Liberty to contact me to review my policy, the only response i get is " We received your request and will respond in 24 hours" and no one respond. When i call the call centre they say they not able to assist me with my query I need to send an email to myliberty
