Very poor service
Liberty life service is shockingly poor, I have been waiting for my pension payout for months and no one seems to know what is happening, I even went to their head office and couldn’t get any help.

03 Nov 2020, 09:30I call them almost everyday, even if i run out of airtime they never call me back, the last time the they sent me an email informing me about the payment date and on the day they sent me a message informing me that the paperwork was wrong, they had the paperwork with them for more than 10 days and only on the last day when they should make a payment they then made this discovery, I went to their head office and couldn’t get any help because everyone who works in that department works from home... what Liberty is doing to me is painful and unfair....most terrible service I’ve received anywhere????
