Very much disappointed.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from Liberty regarding my payment and the interest that was supposed to be included.

After receiving the payment, I contacted Liberty and specifically requested confirmation of whether the interest payable was included. I also requested a detailed payment breakdown showing the amount paid and, if applicable, the amount of interest included. If the interest was not paid, I requested an explanation as to why.

I received no response to my initial email, so I sent a follow-up expressing my concern and again requested the payment breakdown and clarification regarding the interest. Despite this follow-up, I still have not received any response or feedback.

This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that I have already waited a considerable amount of time for this matter to be resolved. I believe I am entitled to a clear breakdown of the payment and an explanation regarding the interest.
