Very ***********! FIX MY IRP5 with SARS

Liberty staff members are very ***********. I was working for a company that has appointed Liberty to administrate their pension funds for the staff/ company. Liberty has submitted an IRP5 to sars with incorrect information and incorrect amount that I received from them. It therefore prevents me from doing my tax return, the tax return keeps being rejected by cars because of an incorrect irp5. I have contacted them countless times to fix that error, meaning cancel the incorrect irp5 and submit the correct one. SARS says they cannot fix that on their side, it has to be the fund administrator who fixes this. I feel so de*****ed and literally this is affecting my SARS status. I need this resolved urgently. This is shame honestly.
