Very disappointed with actions of Liberty and their advisor after medicals done by them

I’ve never received such shocking customer service from liberty life and one of their financial advisors Anton van Der Merve who is an affinity liberty life under EQ Fin. Liberty through van Der Merve did all sorts of medical on me for amendments to my policy and never reverted back with feedback on updates on the changes. I don’t know why me but I have had to beg for service from both parties. Do they treat ALL their customers like this. If yes then it’s quite disappointing. Very sad
