Very disappointed in Liberty

I am a Liberty Life policy holder. Earlier this year I had a chance to join Liberty as a financial adviser and thought it good as it was an opportunity to improve peoples lives. Although I learnt a lot I soon realised that it was not for me.

I moved on without a hassle BUT suddenly I received an email out of the blue written full of their clauses and my indebtedness to them.??

I feel compelled to state the following; 1) These days financial adviser positions are in abundance and the in-thing - comm only! For me it seems like a new networking marketing scheme to bring your friends and family over to Liberty. 2) Through their training I came to realise how many times I got short changed by FAs even with my Liberty policy. I was only able to successfully help a friend of mine of which his policies are up and running without any issues. 3) At my own cost I had to pay for travelling, printing etc. No assistance! Thus the reason for my leaving as it was not worthwhile for me. Now how on earth did I qualify for this disgusting email on what I owe Liberty?? I feel like cancelling my policy and move on to Old Mutual.
