Very disappointed customer

Very Poor Service I was requested to complete and submit a claim form for 3 of my policies including a retirement annuity for a refund which I did. This was done on Monday the 25th August 2025. I then got an email and phone call that there are missing supporting documents mainly an ID copy and proof of banking details which were initially in the pack. I was told i needed to capture my policy number on the claim form for the RA which I eventually did and emailed it to Nokuthula Nkosi. It is is so disappointing that after all my efforts of sending all these requested documents to date I am still getting an email to submit my ID copy. Having spoken to different officials from this company requesting the same documents and kept sending to the same email address . I got an email again yesterday that I must submit an id copy.

I am very happy that I am cancelling my services with this company after being their client for so many years. It is clear they don’t take their customers serious and they are all over the place because I got calls from 5 different officials and all of them claiming to be working with my file.

Very disappointed
