Very bad SERVICE from Libirty ĺife

I have sùbmated my 2 pot claim everything went well then on my satements its show money was allocated to my bank account but yet nothing people who submitated before me already got there share you cant get hold off nobody at Liberty seems is no one is working there is NO communication its a shame a big busniess that dont care about there clients client service is non to zero
