Very bad company don't take out policy's with this company

The worst company ever and about to go to the ombudsman, my husband had a life policy with Frank life it then moved over to liberty, hes bank details changed we contacted liberty they advised they can't find his policy number after numerous calls and emails the auto email said it will take them 13 days to get back to us after 2months almost 3 no communication his policy probably laps and I am not going allow them to lap the policy after I contacted them been paying the policy for more than 10 years, people must think twice to take out policy's with liberty I want a manager to call me on *** or ***
