UTTER INCOMPETENCE AND GREED

Liberty Group has the most *********** staff ever. All I requested was for a withdrawal of my provident fund and they are taking forever. They have not initiated the transfer and I receive absolutely no communication from them. The administrators dont even know how anything works. PLEASE PAY OUR MY FUNDS IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT MAKING IT SEEM LIKE I AM ASKING FOR YOUR MONEY WHEN ITS LITERALLY MY OWN!!
