Useless service and poor communication

I have been waiting for 6 months on a request to do a full emigration withdrawal on my RA. This time frame is completely unacceptable. From my initial request in October 2023 I had multiple requests for additional information from Liberty including requests for the same information that I had already sent in. I have now been waiting for my tax directive to be approved which has been declined multiple times with no explanation from Liberty or with any effort to log a complaint to SARS to get this expedited.
