Useless service

I am getting retrenched and i need to decide what to do with my provident fund!! My ID number is incorrect on YOUR system so i cant see the benefit statement! I cant get hold of anyone at Liberty and our consultant doesn't respond on e-mails!!! Can someone help me?????? This is pathetic!!!!!!!
