useless people

First you cancel my policy for stupid reasons then i cant reinstate it .....then you dont want to give back my premiums i paid ...because your people send the wrong form now i did it again i sent my id my bank statement for account and proof of address you are making this insane now to get back my own freaking money !@!!!!!!!
