USELESS - Never get back to me
I've tried to get a hold of them for almost two weeks now... And that just to change my address. This can't possibly be that difficult?

I have send you an email on Thursday the 10th of September - yet without any reply.
Furthermore, Liberty keeps calling me and when I answer, there is no response.
Just to receive an SMS stating that they have tried to contact me, but could not get a hold of me - that is utter nonsense!!!
Please get your act together and assist me just so that I can change my home address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW, is that really so difficult? I can not believe it.
If you do not help me this time, then I will keep writing bad reviews on Hello Peter because this is absurt and something to be really frustrated about - which I am.
