Useless Claiming System
Their 2 pot retirement claiming system over WhatsApp is completely useless. It takes forever to go through the steps and most of the time it just times out while you are waiting for a response. So many people have been able to claim from their provident fund holders, but here I am after 2 days of trying and I can't even get half way through the process without it timing out. Forget about calling them, you waste all your airtime waiting for an operator and then eventually they say they can't connect you. On email you will never get a response, or maybe you will after 2 weeks or so.

03 Sept 2024, 15:30Liberty has been quick to respond to my complaint. I understand they were receiving massive volumes and thus the reason for the technical glitches within the claiming system. After now having received email correspondence from them and a phone call, I've attempted to claim again and it was a smooth process this time around and the claim went through successfully. Thank you!
