Useless and non-existant customer service

If I could rate you ZERO I would! Appalling lack of customer regard and Zero customer servic. I have requested a change on my debit order on the 4th July and to date this has not been effected in spite of weekly follow up and promises of escalation, resolution and call back. It is 1 August and I am yet to have any manager inform me what the issue is. In spite of promises of escalation and follow up.
