Useless and lazy client services.

Liberty is way too lazy and useless to reply to client email. I am taking my money and investing elsewhere due to VERY POOR returns. Weeks ago I asked for electronic form to sign online to withdraw. Today I called to find out why I have not yet received the link and I am told it does not exist. Someone could have rep**** to the email on the 9th April or 10th April when it was sent. Instead I get ignored. I hope my call was really recorded and the recording is played to the board.
