Useless

Absolutely useless, I remembered 2 weeks ago I took out a policy with Liberty when I was cleaning out old paperwork, after countless mails, a broker phoned me and told me my broker is living the good life overseas. The new broker sais my policy needs to be updated, after 2 weeks I phone again and I get told that he was busy. They do not worry about there clients.
