Urgent Withdrawal!!!

Withdrawal documents were submitted in December 2022. I still have not received the payment. I have emailed you guys on numerous occasions and still no reply from an actual employee (automated responses are pointless as it claims that I will get a response within 48 hours and that is the biggest joke). Not even an email to let me know if anything is outstanding in order to process the claim. This is extremely unprofessional and *********. As a client, I expect better communication and more professionalism from you. It's pathetic to know that it has been more than a month and still no turn around time. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT. I'm not borrowing from you, this is my money.
