Upgrading my life Insurance

last September year i tried t to upgrade my life policies from R500.000 to one million . They open a new policies which have I was paying for two policies I notice that after two month I spoke to Minah about this she said she will charge it and I will get my money back for 2 month I'm still waiting for my money and my policies is charge even now blood was taken I don't how must I wait I have communicating with Minah for there past 5 month when she always tell me she will call me please help I don't known what to do
