Update your information

I had heard that the Bidvest Lounge at Cape Town International Domestic departures was closed for renovations and last week I specifically queried this via the OYL Rewards website. I had been advised that there would be alternative arrangements made for OYL clients and wanted this confirmed.<br> <br> When OYL Rewards phoned me regarding my query, they confirmed that there were alternative arrangements made for us OYL clients. When getting to the lounge, the whole place was boarded up and when asking around, there were no alternative arrangements in place for Bidvest. The lounge is closed until October 2015.<br> <br> 1. I suggest OYL send an urgent email their clients to tell them the lounge is closed
