Update policy banking details

I have been trying to change my banking details for my life policy since February, with no one from the customer support team taking my request seriously. If I can’t change my banking details, expect my policy to lapse Due to failure to collect premiums. I’m tired of asking for simple customer service to be executed without hassle.
