Update information on Experian to reflect premium as 0 And closed

I logged a complaint against the Liberty Group’s atrocious service more than a month ago to when they informed me that they would update my information on Experian according to legislation and that would take about 7 to 14 days. They have still not done so and now blame Experian in a reply to my follow up letter! It is unacceptable!!
