I TW Mahlangu opened two funeral policies with Liberty Life at IEMAS Vanderbijlpark offices in 2013 and never missed a single combined premium of R460.61 for R20 000 cover for each to date, I had two ID copies of my Father and my father inlaw. In August 25 2020 my father passed on so I went to make a claim. Apparently i was told that non of the people are covered in any funeral cover,there's only life and disability cover for myself of which i do not know nothing about and with no beneficiary available on it...then when i went to the office i was offered R1500 to cancel the policy.
