Unsetisfying costumer services

Hi I have been applying for my provident funds for over a month now went to their offices to fill up forms with their consultant only to receive a massage from Mercy after 10 days which stats those were wrong forms went back lady called Ndivhuwo said those were correct forms since than no help I have sent emails to them to assist and she told me the manager knows but still no communication I have sent emails to the costumer care emails no help it's over a week now no one has ever get back to me.
