Unsatisfactory services

Someone **********ly took a policy of R425 for someone I do not even know. Liberty has been taking me from Pillar to post for the past 6 weeks. Sent all the needed documents but they are don't want to pay me back the premiums they took. They have been deducting for the past four months. I'm so disappointed about their lack of service
