Unresponsive and bad service
I am so hurt and disappointed in Liberty the company I trusted with my money.. i took out Retirement Annuity with Liberty but I recently lost my job. I have rent to pay and settle few debts I have. Guess what I can't touch my money untill I am 55 years, if I knew this from the beginning I would have never taken the policy with them. It's not like m going to use the money for non essentials as my whole existence and a roof over my head is on the line. Please think twice before taking any retirement annuity. My piece of advice

12 Apr 2023, 15:42I would not recommend Liberty to anyone who is trying to invest their money. They will give you the runaround and not reply to your emails when you are in need of your money. Truly the worst
