Unresolved query

Unresolved query, pending over 2 months. Query status "closed" without giving any feedback.

When calling for clarity, they promise to escalate and give feedback within 48hr but non of thathappend, when I called for follow up, everytime they pick and immediately they realise that this has been pending for so long they just left the phone hanging with no one on the other end.
