unprofessional service
I cancelled my policy in early December 2017 only to find out that Liberty life still deducted from my salary in January. ever since i've been mailing and phoning i sent another official letter to cancel my policy but yet no feedback. i was promised that i will be refunded but until today i wasn't. this company just want to take your money and not give your own money back.
